By placing the order with OliveElect, LLC on eCrater.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the below Terms and Conditions:

If you are not satisfied, return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts, with your original receipt, for a refund or exchange (subject to the terms and conditions below). For most items, you have 30 days unless otherwise stated from the date of first attempted delivery to make a return with the following exceptions.

Failure to initiate the return for a product within 30 calendar days from the date of first attempted delivery will be deemed to be a permanent acceptance of the product. Return is not allowed for any reason after this point. The return must go to our return warehouse with a valid RMA# on the label via carrier with tracking showing pickup on or before the expiration of the RMA# assigned to you via email.

OliveElect, LLC reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in the condition as it was delivered to customer.

An RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) is only valid for 7 days of issuing the RMA#. To obtain an RMA Number, please contact Customer Service via email ONLY from your eCrater.com account.

RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS:

(1) TVs, Cell Phones, Appliances, Tablets, Laptops, Computers, Watches and Jewelries:
You have 14 day from the date of first attempted delivery to return these items.
(2) TVs, Cell Phones, Tablets, Laptops, Computers, Watches, Jewelries and Appliances that are opened and used that didn't arrive damaged condition are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. Please inspect the item upon delivery and refuse the delivery if for any reasons the packaging appears to be damaged/open.
(3) Items damaged, altered, or abused after delivery to the customer cannot be returned.
(4) Damage Reporting Requirement For Delivered Items other than TVs, Cell Phones, Tablets, Laptops, Computers, Watches, Jewelries and Appliances:
You must report any visible damage to delivered items within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If delivered items with visible damage not reported within this time frame, the refund or exchange will not be accepted. To report damages items, please send an email ONLY from your eCrater.com account.
(5) We cannot accept returns for inkjet printers or ink cartridge/ribbon (once ink cartridge/ribbon has been opened/installed)

Restocking Fees:

(1) A 15% restocking fee apply on items such as consumer electronics. Restocking fees could be different depending upon other categories. These items must be returned unused and with the original box, product packaging, accessories, and parts. Restocking fees could be higher if the condition of the returned item is not the same as it was shipped and delivered.
(2) 50% or more restocking fee apply if the seller receive the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped. In the event, when customer do not want to pay for 50% or more restocking fees then the seller can resend the item back to the customer as long as the customer can arrange a pre-paid return shipping label with in 7-day of receiving the return by the seller, otherwise up to 50% restocking fee will apply.
(3) Customer pay for the return shipping.
(4) We do not accept return after 30-day unless the return was authorized via email through eCrater.com Message system and a valid RMA# was provided to customer. If the customer still decided to returned the item without any prior authorization, the seller will make every effort to contact the customer to send the unauthorized item back. The customer will need to arrange for a pre-paid shipping label. The item will be considered abandoned after 30-day of the first attempt to return the item back to the customer if customer do not cooperate.

Shipping Address:
Customer is responsible to provide the accurate shipping address. We will not be able to change or modify the shipping address.

Order Cancellations:
If the order has already been shipped, it can not be cancelled.

General Condition Guidelines:
New: Brand-new, unused item in its original packaging and comes with all original packaging materials.
Refurbished: A refurbished product has been restored to working order. The item may not be in its original packaging.

Refused/Returned/Buyer Remorse Shipments:
Shipments that are returned for any reason such as incorrect shipping address, Buyer Remorse or refused delivery acceptance will be charged for to and from actual shipping and a minimum of 15% of restocking fee apply depending upon the condition of the item we received.

Pricing Errors:
OliveElect, LLC reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price or other incorrect information. We do not match pricing.

Refunds will take up to 4 business days to process from the date that OliveElect, LLC receives the merchandise.
